Important Terms & Conditions – Please Read of Booking

1. Nature of Yacht:

XS 63 is a sailing yacht that runs only on wind power. It does not have an engine. Movement depends entirely on natural wind conditions.

2. Weather Dependency:

Sailing is completely weather-dependent. If there is low or no wind, the yacht may move slowly or stay stationary. No refund will be given in such cases.

3. Package Inclusions:

All bookings include:

• Decoration (based on occasion)

• Soft drinks

• Packaged chips/snacks

• Bluetooth speaker for music

4. Decoration & Setup:

Decoration is subject to weather and safety. Guests should not tamper with the setup.

5. Timing:

Bookings are for fixed 2-hour slots. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be given extra time.

6. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not applicable if all services as described are provided.

• No refunds for natural causes like no wind or changing weather.

• Refunds are only considered for technical faults on our end.

• In case of bad weather, slots can be rescheduled, but no refunds will be given.

7. Guest Responsibility:

Guests must maintain proper conduct onboard. Any damage caused will be charged to the customer.

8. Safety Measures:

Life jackets are provided. Children must be with adults. Unsafe or drunken behavior is strictly prohibited.
